DIPHU, Sept 30: KAAC CEM Dr. Tuliram Ronghang today inaugurated the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya KGBV (100 bedded Girls Hostel) at DAV Higher Secondary School premises in Diphu at 11: 00 Am.
In his speech, the CEM mentioned that the hostel will significantly benefit the girls students coming from different places for pursuing their education in various institutions across Diphu town.
Meanwhile, KAAC CEM also promised to bear the cost and expenses of 50 boarders of the first batch.
The inauguration event was attended by MLA Darsing Ronghang, MLA, Bidyasing Engleng, KAAC EMs Amarsing Tisso, Richard Tokbi MAC Johnny Timung, PWD Board Chairman Longsing Tokbi, KAAC Joint Secretary Nirupama Timungpi, IS Birensing Engti, Tingkreng Rongpi, President SMDC, Principal of DAV HS School, Teachers and Students.
