DONGMUKAK, Apr 01: Samelangso, Mahamaya, Korkanthi and Langhin Mondal Committee Block Congress Committee jointly held press conference today to oppose the suspension and removal of formal INC president Rahul Gandhi Congress from parliament. The meeting was held at the Dokmoka Mahamaya Mondal Congress Committee office premise on Saturday.
While addressing the press conference the congress leader said that Gandi has been disqualified just because prime minister Narendra Modi is scared of him. “They don’t want that speech to be in parliament, that’s the issue regarding the infusion of an estimated 2000 crore(€2.78 billion) into shell companies owned by the Adani group and for raising some questions to the ruling party … but the ruling party was scared … the democracy cannot thrive this way. We will continue to raise questions and protest against the expulsion,” they said.
The press conference was convened under the instruction of APCC and KADCC where KADCC VP & spokesperson Bidyasing Rongpi, secretary Anil Bora, Langhin MCC president Bidyasing Engti and Samelangso Block Congress president Wilson Timung addressed the press conference.
