BOKAJAN, April 25: In a noble endeavor, the Karbi Anglong Seva Kendra under Bokajan sub division donated its piece of land to Karbi Traditional Music School in a ceremony held at Sarihajan today.
The paper work has been firmed up and the NOC of properties was handed over to the KAAC TCRO Dilip Kathar by Karbi Anglong Seva Kendra president Sunil Gogoi in the presence of KTMC & RI Principal Bonsam Kathar, Hanjanglangso KCS Unit Jamson Teron and other dignitaries.
Half bigha of land has been donated to the institute out of the two bighas of land owned by the Seva Kendra.
The traditional music began as a small storefront in 2000, without having its own land and has since expanded to cultivate good number of young, growing minds throught out the sub division.
