BOKAJAN, May 23: Acting on a secret information a raid was carried out by SDPO APS John Das of Bokajan accompanied by OC Khatkhati Police Station staff and C20 CRPF Bokajan at Janakpukhuri under Khatkhati Police Station around 11:30 am this morning during which 85 Boxes of Soap cases containing 1 kg 41 grams heroin were recovered whose market value is at least Rs.8 Crores. Two persons 38 years old Gracy Rova w/o Lt. Michael Rova hailing from Chingmai Senapati of Manipur and 28 years old Jain Prasad s/o Suklar Prasad of RO Balijan united village under Khatkhati police station were arrested in this connection. A bike bearing registration No. NL 07 R 5574 which was used for carrying the drugs was also seized. It may be mentioned that the arrested lady Gracy Rova is one of the biggest suppliers of drugs and operates an inter state drugs cartel mostly heroin from Dimapur and Manipur.
