DILLAI, May 24: The KSA Dillai Head Branch today conducted an awareness programme related to building a healthy environment in society. The programme was held at Udeng Tisso village, Dillai.
Chaired by the KSA branch president Bikrom Kro, the event was also attended by secretary Brojen Hanse , Pilongri Arts Diben Timung, GB Harsing Tisso, social worker Horen Tisso, SGB Hundor Bey, KSA Upper Dikrong sub-branch president Robinson Teron, adviser Buddho Kramsa, Koilajan Govt LP school headmistress Renu Terangpi and other dignitaries.
Addressing the gathering artist Diben Timung said that in order to bring a positive transformation in society every member of it should be a workaholic and always be conscious about cleanliness of the surrounding. There should be no space for drug abuse and all must give emphasis to do productive tasks.
GB Harsing Tisso also appealed to the youths to keep themselves away from drug addiction and all forms of anti-social activities. Dillai KSA president Bikrom Kro said that his team will continue to organise such events in the coming days as well.
