DILLAI, May 26: A free health check-up camp was organised today by the authority of CCI Bokajan Cement Factory at Hidipi Desoir Kro village.
Talking to TDE, GM Bokajan Sharad Kumar said that the health camp was organised as part of the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav celebration to mark the 75th year of Indian independence. Six such camps were organised by them the previous year in order to provide basic health check-ups to the residents of the villages located near the CCI mines.
The camp was attended by medical officer Dr. Bhorali, in the presence of HOD HR Vipin Kumar, HOD Mines Brojen Deka, mines manager Ashok Urang, mines supervisor Tenis Teron and hospital staff. More than 100 persons came for health screening at the camp.
