DONGMUKAK, Jun 03: Mahamaya BJP mondol committee said that their local MAC, as well as KAAC EM Lunsing Teron, did not send anyone to threaten a youth named Mindar Kiri Teron and that all allegations on the EM were false and baseless. This was stated by the BJP workers in a press conference held today at Dongmukak Tourist Lodge.
According to the BJP workers, on May 22, a Facebook user with the account name Minder Kronjang wrote a post on his wall and accused EM Lunsing Teron of sending people to his home to threaten him. The BJP mondol committee members clearly stated that this allegation was completely false.
The other accusation made by Mindar in his social media post was that the EM was not working like a public representative but rather like a business company’s CEO and that several work orders under the P&RD department were sanctioned to only one person.
Refuting this claim, the BJP workers said that even though the work orders were in the name of one person, several mondol committees and morcha members have also benefitted. They appealed everyone not to take such condemnation steps just to malign the reputation of people in power.
