CHOKIHOLA, Jun 04: In a latest incident, two persons have been arrested for cattle theft in Chokihola.
The two culprits were nabbed after the owner found his stolen cattle following a search on learning about his cow being stolen.
Adivasi village headman informed that a case would be registered against two persons for cow theft in their area.
According to the village headman, the two persons against whom a case is to be registered were identified as Teteng Urang (50), s/o of Lt. Petuwa Urang and Ranjit Urang, s/o Lt. Budhuram Urang, resident of Urang village inside Chokihola. Further, the village headman informed that the two were involved in similar activities and therefore, a case would be registered against them and that they are habitual offender and their arrest was required to prevent more theft in their area.
