BIRSINGKI, Sep 06: Chinthong MAC Avijit Kro on Tuesday laid the foundation stone for the construction of a new Forest Department Inspection Bungalow (IB). The new IB will be constructed at the Umjakeni Forest Range.
The ceremony was also attended by Chinthong BJP Mandal Committee president Semson Rongphar, Umjakeni Range Forest Ranger Waisong Terang, SO Mohesor Hanse and others.
The contract for this work has been allotted to contractor Mongolsing Ronghang. A total sum of 1 crore 62 lakh has been sanctioned in for this IB. Locals of Chinthong constituency have expressed their happiness over the construction of the IB.
