DIPHU, Mar 19:Commuters of Sankur Anglong and its adjoining area under Diphu Municipal Board are having a tough time due to poor road conditions in their area.
The continuous rainfall made the road connecting Rongchingri-Taralangso near JNV muddy, making it difficult for people to move around with vehicles and even on foot.
Following a downpour on Sunday, the road became unmotorable for cars and even two-wheelers.
“Despite our repeated appeal there has been no action.The little patchwork that they had carried out is of very poor quality and was left incomplete,” the locals lamented. The locals also urged upon the KAAC authority to look into the matter seriously and provide them with a good road.
