DIPHU, Dec 14: In today’s match of the ongoing Assam State Women’s League 2023 played at Bijni Stadium, Kokrajhar, the KASA FCC girls defeated Oil India Lakhsya.
The match was played at 2 p.m. The first goal of the match came in the 44th when KASA FCC got a penalty kick. It was taken by KASA’s striker Meghasmita Kropi and gave a lead to her team. The second goal came in the 89th minute from KASA FCC’s Dorothy Oreya and the assist of Monjita Sonowal. The match ended with the score 2-0 in favour of KASA FCC.
The tournament is being hosted by the Assam Football Association (AFA).
