DONGMUKAK, Oct 01: As part of the “EK TARIK EK GHvīANTA SHARMDAN”, the Dokmoka Municipal Board (DMB) today conducted a ‘Swachhta Hi Sewa’, or a cleanliness drive for one hour.
Led by DMB, the programme was also joined by Self Help Group women from all six wards. DMB chairman Prahalad Timung, vice chairperson Rebika Engtipi, ward commissioner Sarlongki Tisso, Sintu Chanda, and many staff of DMB were present.
Meanwhile, a similar programme was also conducted by Korkanthi BJP Mondal Committee at various small markets inside the constituency. President Doloi Engti, secretary Chandra Engti and other mondal members joined the event.
