DONGKAMUKAM, May 05: Dongkamukam got its first oil filling station in the town which was formally
opened by Dongkamukam Municipal Board (DMB) chairman Telishram Ronghang in a simple function on Friday. The newly opened oil station has been named as M/S Dongkamukam Service Station.Dy. chairman of DMB Rensing Timung, ward commissioner Serlongki Bey, VDC chairman Ramson Rongpi, Rongkhang Lamps chairman Mongolsing Bey and several other dignitaries were also present.
“Now one does not need to travel to either Boithalangso or Kheroni for oil” said DMB chairman Ronghang.
“Long-standing requirement is now fulfilled,” he added.
Apart from greater Dongkamukam area Tumpreng, Satgaon, Kolonga, Borthol, etc and above all farmers will be hugely benefitted by this station, Ronghang also added.
He finally thanked the trio owner of the BOC Dilip Terang, Sarsing Terang and Mongolsing Ronghang for opening it at Dongka.
