DIPHU, Mar 24: KASA FCC
grabbed its chances to blank Kangtang FC 8-0 and entered the quarter final of the ongoing Greenfield League 2023 championship at KASA playground in the first match on Friday.
KASA FCC struck trice in the first half to take the wind out of Kangtang FC’s sails.
Kangtang FC’s poor anticipation paved the way for KASA FCC goal right from the start through Nungkulad Engti (11), Rustom Engti (28), Chari Kramsa (45), in the first half.
Later, KASA FCC scored five more goals through Porom Hanse (52), Ravi Thapa (58), Pritom Dera (72) and Zamno Thomte (90) in the second half.
Today’s match was an example of learning during match process and hence opened the winning halo for KASA FCC.
Hills united FC defeated Singhason FC 5-3 via tiebreaker after a scoreless draw during the normal time of a keenly contested Greenfield League 2023 being underway at KASA playground during the second match of the day.
Hills United FA will face Ove Aterang in the Quater match on Saturday.
