DONGMUKAK, Jul 18: The Karbi Anglong Sports Association (KASA) celebrated its 67th foundation day today. The celebration programme was held at Sarsing Teron Langkung Habe Multipurpose Building Complex, Diphu.
Chaired by KASA Honorary Secretary Dr. Pankaj Teron, a discussion session with all the Sub-Associations was conducted. Several key points related to the development of KASA and sports were discussed.
KASA president and KAAC CEM Tuliram Ronghang chaired the main celebration session. The chief guest for the event was KAAC Speaker Raju Tisso, while EMs Lunsing Teron, Madhuram Lekthe and several other dignitaries were present. All the guests congratulated KASA for the wonderful works it has done to promote and develop sports.
KASA presented their annual activity report before the gathering and pledged to strive harder in the field of sports. They also assured to lay more emphasis on the progress of the Sub-Associations in the grassroots level.
