DIPHU, Mar 02: The Karbi Students’ Association (KSA) today declared the dates for the 50th edition of their annual conference. In a press meeting convened today, the KSA CEC leaders had informed that the organisation will conduct their annual general conference as the golden jubilee celebration programme for three days starting from Arpil 2 to 5, 2023, at Khorsing Terang Playground, Dillai.
KSA general secretary Buddho Terang while addressing the media persons also clarified on the dates for the conference which was wrongly circulated in social media. He said that someone has mistakenly informed false dates and that the correct dates.
Buddho Terang appealed all former as well as present leaders and members of the association to take part in the 50th annual general conference to make it a success. He had also appealed all businessmen as well as job holders and social workers to help the organisation like them have in the past.
Through the press briefing, Buddho Terang had extended warm wishes to all the students appearing HSLC examination starting from March 3. He urged upon the students to study hard and bring laurel to the district.
AGS Raju Engti, assistant finance secretary Probinson Engleng, executive member Divinson Kro and others were also present in the press meeting.
