PHELANGPI, Jun 03: Foundation stone under Amrit Sarovar was laid at five different places including Phongjangre, Ronghidi and Arsong in Kheroni by KAAC MLA Rupsing Teron and EM Mongolsing Timung which was followed by a Moha Janasamparka Abhijan cum mass joining programme at Arsong community hall falling under Hamren MAC Constituency. During the programme, at least 87 supporters of the APHLC, ASDC and Congress from three polling stations joined the Bharatya Janata Party (BJP) in the presence of MLA Rupsing Teron and EM Mongolsing Timung. Chief guest of the programme MLA Rupsing Teron while delivering his speech stated that the BJP will win with a majority vote in the forthcoming MP election.
Later, the MLA also advised 8 Mondal Morchas and booth level presidents and secretaries to bring the party at a consistent rate of power.
The event was also attended by Hamren BJP Mondal Committee President Sarsing Phangcho, VDC Chairman Mohan Rongphar and PHE Board Chairman Jowellson Tokbi and others.
