DILLAI, Aug 17: Residents of Hidipi Men Tisso through the SGB has offered their apology to the Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council and EM Surjya Rongphar for road blockade during their visit on July 26. This was expressed during a press conference convened here today.
The Hidipi Men Tisso SGB termed that the road blockade made by one or two individuals of the village was disrespectful to local elected representative EM Rongphar and not appropriate as it was not required. The local SGB has urged upon EM Surjya Rongphar to pardon their shortcoming.
