DILLAI, Aug 23: In another success for the security agency, the Lahorijan police also recovered morphine drugs during a search od an i20 car at the Lahorijan checkpoint under the Dillai police station here today.
The narcotic substances were recovered from inside the i20 car with the registration number AS17E1270.
The illegal substances weighing 4 kilograms were recovered from plastic wrapped in eight packets and was estimated to be worth around Rs. 4 crore in the market. The illegal substance was loaded in Patkai (Nagaland) and was to be delivered in Guwahati.
In this connection, a person identified as Sunil Mishra was taken into custody for further interrogation.
