DONGMUKAK, Mar 30: KAAC chairman Raju Tisso today inaugurated a Music School at Dongmukak, Karbi Anglong. The music school is located on the top floor of Dokmoka Municipal Board’s shopping complex.
Along with KAAC chairman Raju Tisso, Dokmoka Municipal Board Chairman Prahalad Timung, vice chairperson Rebika Engtipi, ward commissioner Sarlongki Tisso, Dongmukak Music School president Darsing Bey, secretary Sukursing Engti and many members were present in the inauguration programme. Tekelangjun KCS Zonal Committee team presented a group song at the function. The school has started giving admission today and the authority is hopeful that many students will turn up. For the time being, classes will be held only on Sundays and students will be able to learn instruments like vocal, harmonium, tabla, guitar and other forms of fine arts.
