BOKAJAN, Aug 23: In another development, one person was taken into custody after the police recovered Heroin during a search conducted from inside a car under the Borpothar police station here on Friday morning.
The illegal substance weighing 534.76 grams kept inside 45 soap boxes and hidden inside the car with the registration number AS06L 5352 during a search conducted inside the car at around 8 am. The seized illegal items was estimated to be worth around Rs. 1.10 crore in the market. In this connection, one Vetshekhro Tsuzuh, of Phek area was taken into custody. The case was later taken over by Bokajan SDPO.
