BOKAJAN, Jun 03: A speeding car met with an accident on Friday morning at a place under Bokajan Police Station, at around 7 AM in the morning. The WangonR car with registration number AS 09D 9988 was on its way from Dimapur to Japralangso.
Onlookers informed that the car was moving at a high speed. Due to this, when the vehicle reached a bent section of the road, the driver lost control of the wheel and the car jumped down to the dry paddy field, fell upside down, suffering huge damage.
The driver of the car identified as Iswar Kindo of Mokhuti, along with three other persons were travelling in the car. They suffered severe injuries and were rushed to the nearby Arogya Hospital. The car was kept in the possession of Bokajan police. No casualties were reported at the time of filing this report.
