TUMPRENG, May 14: In the recently concluded Super Global International Fashion Show held at Goa, three ladies from West Karbi Anglong district won different titles and made the district proud. They were Afia Tokbipi, Daisy Sharma and Diashree Masreng.
Afia Tokbipi won the Mrs. India title and the sub-title of Mrs. Popularity. Daisy Sharma was adjudged Miss Teen Super Global International Brand Ambassador and also won the Best Photogenic sub-title. Diashree Masreng won the Miss Teen International of Divas title and the ‘Best Talented’ sub-title.
The three ladies were on Saturday felicitated by Dongkamukam Kalong si-ir Dance studio coach and renowned Karbi dancer Arti Chinthongpi. She said that the achievements of the three ladies will act as inspiration for more other girls to venture into the world of fashion and bring more laurels to the district.
